  I have been dropping off my laundry here because it is the most convenient location. It started ok, folding was never great, they used cheap detergent that smelled strange, but fine.
  
  Recently every time I got my laundry back, something is either destroyed by having been in what seems tremendous heat, or discolored and or has blotchy stains all over. They do not seem to separate colors and whites (I have even gone so far as to add a note to the laundry to remind them to separate colors and whites!!!!) and I am outraged that in this last load 3 brand new items have big blue blotches on them and are basically ruined.
  
  When confronting the owner he has excuse upon excuse, claiming I am the only one he has issues with...I have no comprehension why, when these pieces get folded with obvious stains, they don't bring it to my attention or fix it?! This is the 4th time this has happened. They managed to bleach the crap out of a white towel to fix it the last time, have given a minimal discount on laundry for destroying a baseball cap. They ruined a brand new LLBean shirt, white jeans and a pair of shorts, all worth over $100. I hope they do the right thing, but I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!!!!
  They offer terrible service, are rude when confronted with issues that are their doing. This has got to be the WORST laundromat I have ever dealt with. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE IF YOU CAN!!!!!!
